I can not find any reason in any publication as to why Kelly shot the illegal but I have my suspicions that he felt threatened for his and his wife’s safety.

The article is so against Kelly!
Regardless of his age, they pose him as the threat against the criminal trespassing on his property near his home.

The media involved and the Judge should be behind bars for this!

This is people like my parents,or anyone of us in this situation could face!

Thanks. He doesn’t have a record of shooting illegals so I imagine he had a good reason.
