Pretty boastful assessment for an army that has lost all operational capacity and slowly advances a few kilometers over weeks using WWI tactics. Will the Russian army be re-introducing horse drawn artillery soon also?

Approximately 20 HIMARS units alone were enough to force a major redisposition of Russian forces. What would Russia face in a direct confrontation with NATO?

So far, Russia has not faced any of NATO’s best stuff, except maybe some of the intel gathering.
