I remember seeing that on YouTube. He’s lucky someone didn’t drill him.

Kalifornia’s self defense laws are very strict and limited;

“...under very limited circumstances, you can use deadly force or violence in California (“justifiable homicide“) to protect yourself or others from harm. This is known as an affirmative defense to murder charges, voluntary manslaughter charges, or charges for violent crimes.

A California criminal jury instruction states that a person acted in lawful self-defense if he or she reasonably believed that:

There was an imminent danger of being killed or suffering great bodily injury;
the immediate use of deadly force was necessary to defend against that danger; and
he or she used no more force than was reasonably necessary to defend against that danger. (California jury instruction CALCRIM 505)”

As far as I can tell from reading this guy never entered a passenger compartment of a vehicle. Which would be the trigger for me to take action were I in California.

As a side note. Seems it his bail fits his charges.

It is CaCaLand, carrying is illegal unless you work in Hollywood or are a commie trash politico. Regular citizens cannot protect themselves.

OTOHand, just brandishing a gun thru your front window would scare this Ahole off.

As to the “road rage” bit? What tipped this Ahole over the edge? Is he reacting to some imagined offense or just a privileged Ahole who thinks he is tough?
