Cops are often trained to doubt the veracity of claims like I can’t breath so restraint is used.

If you really can't breathe, you can't speak either.

He is correct. Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose.

They didn’t take long because that was the predetermined outcome. Only a fool would think there would be anything other than a conviction, facts be damned.

“Floyd’s lungs were way over the max weight for male lungs due to the fluid”

That’s how fentanyl kills. Pulmonary edema.

We knew this in the beginning of all this crap.

Only 1,500 "likes" for that tweet.

People on the Twittsewer KNOW what will happen if they give The Truth a "like".

The screaming mob will get them, and their little dog too.

A jury of his peers thought differently. And they didn’t take long to come to that conclusion.

And that's the perverted system we have right now. I guarantee the jurors couldn't even consider a not guilt verdict with all the social pressure. Probably feared for their lives. Some f'n system.

Jack Posobiec is an idiot. Remember he told us his White House sources were telling him in 2021 that Biden was being replaced by Kamala any week?

Reality has never phased you so of course you think this makes sense. Posting from ridiculous sources - you apparently even believed there was some conspiracy about a TV station testing its election coverage software.

Yes he did. If he had ingested the drug when he got home, his girlfriend would have found him dead on the couch.

Yeah.

But, drowning in your own lungs, you can feel like you cannot breathe.

That is what happened to Floyd. Apparently a mix of him already being sick and fentanyl.

There was even a point, well overlooked by those accusing the cops, where Floyd finally seems to realize what has happened to him, when he was already basically dead even though he still had a (very) little physical life in him: when he told them to tell his family that he loved them.

The race grievance pimps used his death to do what race grievance pimps always do: to keep people angrier and unhappier than they would otherwise be ... because happy people usually aren’t interested in paying folks to make them miserable. They did the same with Martin or Brown and they are trying to do the same with this last guy.

Some dead black people equals another pay day for the r.g.p.. Truth cannot stand in their way.

Same with bad things once happened: reparations are about renumeration of the pimps, not reparations for those they manipulate.

It is time to allow only white jurors to judge white defendants. I don’t care about black defendants, it would be nice if they were judged by white jurors too. They would have a good chance of getting Justice for them both. Negro people have a small chance of being capable of judging anything other than a WWE match. Outside of Walter Williams, or Clarence Thomases ilk, they are prejudicial by nature. Not all of course, but the majority.

2mg of fentanyl is enough to kill you. Floyd had 11 mg from swallowing the drugs to hide the evidence that he was selling the deadly drugs to others.
You can see all the other drugs he had.

Candice Owens reports that the family did not even clean out Floyds home since they never were a family that lived together. They were only interested in the money!

Here is George Floyds drug results. No injuries. It was the drugs that HE SWALLOWED that killed him. He was selling the drug to others.
How many people had he killed with the drugs he sold?

A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens
Fentanyl 11 mg/mL
Norfentanyl 5.6 mg/mL
Methamphetarnine 19 mg/mL
11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 mg/mL;
Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 mg/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 mg/mL
Cotinine positive
Caffeine positive
Blood volatiles: negative for ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, or acetone
Urine drug screen: presumptive positive for cannabinoids, amphetamines, and fentanyl/metabolite
Urine drug screen confirmation: morphine (free) 86 mg/mL

A jury of his peers thought differently. And they didn’t take long to come to that conclusion. That’s the beauty of our system.

Sarcasm?

The legal system is horribly broken in this nation and this particular case is a good example of it.

Years ago I recall hearing of a man being released from prison after 20 years because DNA evidence proved he didn't do it.

The thought occurred to me that if the man truly did not do it, as the evidence proves he didn't do it, how could a jury have found that he did?

Derek Chauvin's lawyer asks a Minnesota appeals court to toss his murder convictions

1/19/2023, 8:34:05 AM · 82 of 88
StAnDeliver
"Your Honor, I now call the owner of the El Nuevo Rodeo club in Minneapolis, Maya Santamaria, to the stand."
  • "Maam, did you not tell KSTP that Mr. Chauvin and Big Gorge "both worked security for her club up to the end of last year"?
"Chauvin was our off-duty police for almost the entirety of the 17 years that we were open," Santamaria said. "They were working together at the same time, it's just that Chauvin worked outside and the security guards were inside...the two overlapped working security on popular music nights within the last year..."

"My friend sent me (the video) and said this is your guy who used to work for you and I said, 'It's not him.' And then they did the closeup and that's when I said, 'Oh my God, that's him,'" Santamaria said. "I didn't recognize George as one of our security guys because he looked really different lying there like that."

  • "Maam, did you hire Big Gorge after he drifted up north from serving five years in prison for a home invasion conviction?"

" Santamaria wondered if Monday's incident could have turned out differently if Chauvin recognized Floyd from their days working at her club.

‘What if he could’ve just said “Hey, man, you and I worked together at Maya’s place. Remember me?”’ she said."

  • "Your Honor. Under Minnesota Statute 609.195, Murder3 requires "depraved heart", yet these 2 men knew each other. No previous Minnesota Murder3 conviction has ever stood on appeal, when there was any evidence that the assailant knew the victim. Therefore, I ask this Court to immediately vacate the original verdict on the Murder3 count and order a retrial; or in the alternate, I ask this Court to fully endorse a writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court on the same grounds."
