Click bait title.
Having watched the bodycam video, these officers were involved with the initial encounter with the suspect but were not involved once the suspect escaped.
They both got pepper spray residue on them. One got some in his eyes and so could no longer see. The other lost his prescription (?) glasses.
The officers were directing other officers in the direction the suspect fled as they arrived on scene, while one of the officers rendered first aid to help the other officer clean the pepper spray from his eyes. The officer was apparently able to locate his glasses in the street.
Not seeing anything untoward with these two on this video.
Untoward?
Why didn’t one of them try to stop the beating?
