In a press release, Houston law firm Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner alleges that the companies employing the 50-year-old janitor "permitted and disregarded the janitor’s disturbing conduct."

Maybe they resented the competition. Only members of the bar can get away with urinating into water bottles. And maybe his defense will be that he infected the women the usual way.

More seriously though, how would the company know what he was doing? If he came from a cleaning agency, they might have more culpability, though they probably have less money to lose.
