Every single person on the scene of that incident, at whatever time, cop, EMT, whoever, also needs to be charged with being complicit in his murder.
Send the whole lot of them to prison and let it be sorted out there, since the death penalty is no longer an option.

I feel for the decent LEO on the force, as I am sure there are some, but the rest have what’s coming. I only hope God protects the honorable ones.

If cops, who are just government union civil servants and bureaucrats, see any increased risk and especially political persecution from politicians and media-inflamed citizens, they will simply stop doing their jobs. Many will quit
Blacks murdered in the USA jumped by something like 4000 in the remainder of the 2020 after George Floyd protests. Black traffic fatalities increased even more.
Its the price we all will pay for being manipulated for someone's emotions and politicians' short-term political goals
