I’m thinking 5 pm on Friday is as good a time as possible - allows sane people to clear out before the rioting starts. A Monday morning release could trap a lot of 9-5 workers in the mess at evening rush.

My local news here in central Florida was doing all they could this morning to rally for the riots. My husband and I were aghast at how hard they were pushing for it. They'd leave the story by telling us how public outrage and “demonstrations” across the Country are expected only to circle back to it after a couple more topics and remind us again.
