I agree. I was one of those who joined around the Bush/Gore/911 era and stayed on. The old forum and the old crowd from the early 2000s was very knowledgeable, but as you say, some were quite aggressive and demeaning back then too. One thing that has changed is that the ideological purity around the Bush cult which forced many out is gone. I am glad for that. This is still a very informative forum and the best source for conservative and traditionalist opinions out there. Hang in there.
