Currently (and for a long time) when a republican gets an email promoting a candidate, and the person donates $100, $4 goes for processing-when it can be done for .25 cents....$90 NINETY DOLLARS goes to the FUND RAISING FIRM that sent the email...and ONLY SIX FREAKING DOLLARS out of 100 goes to THE CANDIDATE.

Bannon said do you (Matt) really want to call this fraud? Matt said yes.

Because it is fraud.

Matt used the $100 number to easily point out the percentage of any amount donated.

Only 6% of RNC fund-raised donations go to the candidate advertised in emails.

There is no disclosure of this theft in any part of the fund-raising emails.

The non-disclosure makes it fraudulent.
