A coroner confirmed that Madi Brooks died from 'multiple traumatic injuries' when she was hit by a car after allegedly being raped.
Two Good Samaritans reportedly stopped to perform CPR on the 19-year-old sophomore LSU student after the collision on January 15.
East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office says that they were guided by first responders on the phone in the pouring rain after Madi was hit by the ride-share car.
Before the incidents, she was reportedly raped by a 17-year-old boy, who has not been identified, and Kaivon Washingon, 18.
Both have been arrested and charged with third-degree rape, and two other men – Everett Lee, 28, and Casen Carver, 18, have been charged with being accessories to the incident.
The coroner confirmed that Madi's cause of death is 'multiple traumatic injuries, 2nd motor vehicle collision vs pedestrian' – meaning Madi was left incapacitated at the scene but died at the hospital.
No further information is being released at this time, with police confirming that the driver of the vehicle will not be charged as he was not impaired and contacted emergency services immediately.
A memorial has been created for the 'amazing young woman' who had 'limitless potential' by her friends on the highway where she died.

A Coroner could confirm sexual activity, that’s all from my understanding.
She didn’t report anything, as she left with them and died after being dropped off. That’s what I got from the article yesterday or the day before.

The other 2 men in the car said she was too drunk to knowingly agree to sex. That makes it rape

Are they medically qualified to state that? Sounds like conjecture.
I’m not on the guys side, but questions will come up in trial.
One of the men, who didn’t actually take part in the rape, said she was too drunk to give consent.
One of the ones actually accused of the rape admitted having sex with her but said it was consensual.
Give her blood alcohol content, I tend to think the first of those two is telling the truth.
