My wife’s family can remember when Plano was just a small town a long way from Ft Worth and Dallas. Now it is all one huge metroplex.

It certainly has grown. The Plano population was around 68,000 when we moved here in 1979. Even then, though, it was not without problems. In the mid 1980s residents of a house near us were busted as part of a nationwide child pornography ring.

When I moved to Plano is was nothing more than a buffalo pasture. I lived here 35 years until one day we decided we could not take the changes anymore.
