I have trees that block the Direct TV satellite at 234 degrees.

Does Starlink have more than one satellite?

Directv dish points to the SW and Starlink more northward. Some program was being promoted in our county on facebook and I called the number. I live in the mountains and I was eligible. They sent the equipment at no cost to me and I had to spend about $150 to get equipment to mount it and not get interference. The same deal gave me a year at no charge then $110 a month. I have been pleasantly surprised by its speed and stability. I would recommend it.

Total Number of Satellites Still in Orbit

As of this same date, there are 2,793 of the 3,055 satellites still in orbit. A large number of satellites from the Starlink Group 4-7 were lost to a geomagnetic storm. New groups of satellites will also need to be launched to replace older units that are outdated or damaged by orbital decay. SpaceX is constantly working on improving the technology to reduce the effect of orbital decay and extend the lifespan of the Starlink satellites.

The satellites are in low orbit and are not Geo Sync satellites. (Geo sync are in elliptical orbit)

Starlink has thousands. For most people their dish tends to point North
