Got it. you have never used it so you are making assumptions..
government cut him off a while ago, that is why he said he was done giving the ukraine free internet, but I think he back peddled on that..
I have had it for over a year now, it has constantly gotten better for us as more and more birds are launched.
This thread has several posters talking about congestion, high traffic, and the need for more Sats.
What exactly do you disagree with? Are you saying more Sats aren't necessary to keep the ball rolling?
government cut him off a while ago
You are correct, I forgot that Elon was cut off in August of 2022.
And in December, Elon was whining that Starlink is not profitable:

(I don't know why that link is so freakishly long)
Note: the link points out download speeds have dropped from an average of 80mbs to 50mbs in the USA. That's a pretty massive drop and it will continue as more users sign on to the service until more Sats come on line. And this supply of Sats MUST continue. If what I have written before is not persuasive, here is another article that comes to somewhat of the same conclusion I did, but based on the technical limitations of his Sats and focusing on his inability to make the profits he claims even if everyone on Earth started using the service: https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/elon-musk-predicted-starlink-would-generate-%2430-billion-in-revenue.-dont-believe-it.-2021
