So, the requirement to have a license of some sort or to prove that you’re somewhat proficient in a certain task or procedure, by passing some type of exam, has been removed?
Not saying I necessarily disagree with the proposal, what happens when something goes sideways and someone wants to sue?

I believe it’s for state workers....but I have seen college degreed and uneducated (alike) make some real stupid mistakes. Work experience, accountability and work ethics can’t be taught in a classroom. Those that sold us on college and success was a total lie. Going to college does not guarantee you will be successful...striving to excel and succeed is a far greater asset.
