Evil walks among us.
I use gardening gloves when pumping gas anyways. You just never know whose hands have handled that pump last and where they’ve been and what they had on them.
I tuck the gloves just under the seat so I grab them when I release the gas cap.
They are also great in the winter when that handle is so stinking cold.
Hope so
Exactly. They are driving people mad with a constant drumbeat of Chicken Little paranoia, then they act surprised when people do crazy things.
“The Dept. of Agriculture is responsible for inspecting gas pumps...”
Gotta make sure there is enough corn juice mixed in with the gasoline I guess.
Weights & Measures are very family to agriculture, as are various kinds of chemical analyses. I was under the impression most states rely on ag departments for assuring accurate measure of fuel and lots of other stuff.
They have Kevlar work gloves now. I think Menards sells them. Not cheap, but worth it.
I’m not trying to be funny, but maybe there should be some kind of restriction on buying packs of individually wrapped razor blades.
