Every job I’ve ever had required me to have a top secret clearance

Classified documents can not be removed from the scif.

These papers seem to have been papers kept by each individual that later were considered classified. That’s a very different thing

This is all a lot of hooey over nothing. Typical of leftists

They have standard classification cover sheets and probably had them on in the federal offices were they once were in.

The agencies have probably long hated the careless handling of classified documents by the political class.

When I handled secret documents, I had to get somebody to get them out of the safe and to put them back in. They had to be signed in and out each time. Two people had to witness documents being signed in and out on a standard form. As soon as I as I was able, back in the safe they would go.
