Shipping more weapons does not mean that a war is being lost.
Further the claim that the United States is going to use nuclear weapons against Russia if Ukraine loses is an absurdity.
I thought we were just told by Russia that it is going to use nuclear weapons if it loses.

I have to wonder, if arms shipments to Ukraine proves that it is going to lose the war, what are they worrying about? For some reason they don’t want the arms to be sent. That’s because arms win wars they don’t lose them.
