You do realize there is 1 person operating the camera, and you can tell by the voices far more cops outside than one.
You think the guy operating the robot, communicated to all the other cops there fully what he was seeing? Be serious. I am sure he announced the man had the camera, and I am sure some cops heard, but all of them? I highly doubt it.
I really doubt they were all huddling around the LCD screen watching its every action.
All it takes is one cop not to know whats going on, and you wind up with assumption of weapon. Given the number of voices, I highly suspect way more than a few cops were present
