Seems to be an admission Diamond was vaccinated.

Does that mean anyone who wasn't vaccinated is an anti-vaxxer?

Actually, only if you did not get the 10 booster shots.

No. THose who chose to roll the dice with a live and let live attitude are pro=choice, and don’t disparage those that are not risk takers. Diamond was not antivax, she was pro-choice. Antivaxers are generally people who actively degrade, discourage and attempt to scare others that have been vaccinated or intend to be vaccinated, especially if they promote snake oil remedies. See RFK, Jr and a dozen other internet personalities who spread 2/3rds of anti-vaccine propaganda (largely aimed at Republicans and which may have led to the death of more Republicans than Democrats if the headlines are to be believed*).

Fortunately for those pro-choicers who do catch covid, there are new pill therapies that fight mild to moderate covid and have been shown to reduce hospitalizations and death rate. NO doubt the antivaxers will also attack these treatments with gusto:
The first, Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir tablets co-packaged with ritonavir tablets), seems to have won the popularity game in the US. The second, Lagevrio (molnupiravir), won the popularity game in the UK.

*. Between March 2020 and December 2021, the part of our study period that overlaps the COVID-19 pandemic, average excess death rates were 5.4 pp (76%) higher among Republicans than Democrats (95% CI:2.9,8.0; p ≤ 0.001).
However, this gap widened from 1.6 pp (95% CI:-1.2,4.4; p = 0.25) between March 2020 and March 2021, to a 10.6 pp (95% CI:7.3,13.8; p ≤ 0.001), or 153%, difference after April 5, 2021, when all adults were eligible for COVID-19 vaccines in Florida and Ohio. This sharp contrast in the excess death rate gap before and after vaccines were available
suggests that vaccine take-up likely played an important role
