Looks like the bully (younger) was probably jealous, ugly, and added something to his criminal history. The woman chose to sit on the other side of the victim (older). Good choice on her part.

I liked the rope tow as a child. Powered by old automobile engines. My bet is there are few rope tows anymore. Skiing is too upscale these days.

I do the same sometimes. The piece was poorly written, too. So many of today’s journalists fail to state an early, coherent thesis and beat around the bush.
