My wife has her ladies for eggs. What do you think of the souz vide? Does it create a lot more cooking measures? Now I’m hungry.
We have an instant pot with the souz vide option. I use it all the time. It actually make cooking easier. I makes eating pork medium not so sketchy, as the meat has been effectively pasteurized. Pork is much better when it is not well fond and dry. Great for chicken, before you grill.
