OK--I am genuinely confused. I see nothing in the article about silver. I went to the original and disabled my script blocker, and still see nothing about silver.

There are three ads for Silver (just like the one Larry copied) embedded in your post, probably from cutting and pasting the original article.

Don't know why they are showing up on FreeRepublic (at least on my feed). Anyone else seeing these ads?
