One reason I admire Joni is because in the 70s, she went to Israel and was even photographed wearing an Israeli military uniform. Of course she took a lot of heat for it, but she didn’t care. Yeah, she’s a big time lib and all, but I got mad respect for her for that.
I didn’t know about that. She’s an independent thinker in many areas.
