Definitely eating some German food in F’burg & going to the Museum, too. I’ve made a day visit about 10 years ago so I’m looking forward to having more time at the museum plus the food.

Cooking pork in a crock pot is NOT BBQ.
BBQ requires slow cooking the meat with indirect fire and wood smoke for hours.
