I kicked Google to the curb as much as possible in 2017 after the James Damore incident. And really, I was late to the party. But that was when I went around and touched every device in the house, and every browser, and made sure Google was NOT the default search engine.
Brave Search, Yandex, anything but Google unless absolutely necessary.

I have long abandoned Google, Bing, Yahoo, certainly on political and medical matters as they are sentries and mouthpieces for the Deep State. I have abandoned Facebook, etc., for the same reasons.

I just tried both Brave and Yandex. For Yandex McAfee blocked it as risky.
