Our local NBC station does have weather forecasts but what you have to remember is the station is based out of Texas and they seem to cover the Texas side more than the Oklahoma side.

The reason people here prefer Oklahoma City is because they do a much better job of covering the weather here in Southern Oklahoma than the Wichita Falls stations.
