“The neighborhood gets trashed.”
Well since we are doing “science” here let us be more precise in identifying the “issue”:
—Garbage in streets
—Garbage on lawns
—Noise at all hours of the night
—Gunshots coming from homes and drive-by cars
—Poor home maintenance
—Poor lawn maintenance
—Drug paraphernalia appears in neighborhood
—Children and teenagers playing in the middle of the street
—Cars parked in the middle of the street blocking traffic
—Adults talking loudly/yelling at each other—inside and out
—Home break ins
—Vehicle break ins
—Men outside harassing women who walk by
Feel free to add to the list.
Drinking in public. Lazy and unemployed. Rude filthy language. The list goes on and on.
Residents that don’t take responsibility for their surroundings or themselves.
Okay, that's the only one I degree with. In these neighborhoods such activity is next to a death sentence.
Now the kids never leave the house but Tic Talk is taking up their time with CCP approval.
—Cars parked all over the lawn
—Liquor stores with bars on the windows on every corner
—People walking down the middle of the street at all hours of the night
—Broken down furniture on the porches
