10 reasons to take UFOs seriously
The Hill ^ | MARIK VON RENNENKAMPFF

Posted on 01/20/2023 5:11:37 AM PST by RoosterRedux

In recent years, military aviators frequently encountered mysterious objects in tightly controlled training airspace. According to eyewitness accounts and leaked sensor data, the craft appeared to exhibit flight dynamics that bent – if not shattered – the laws of physics. In the most notable incidents, objects appeared to maneuver and move through the air without wings or discernible means of propulsion.

The years since these encounters became public have seen numerous developments that should prompt us to take UFOs seriously.

1. Military pilots and other service members reported more than 500 additional UFO incidents. Some appeared to demonstrate highly advanced technology.

In 2019, intense congressional interest led the U.S. Navy to institute a formal UFO reporting mechanism. Since then, aviators and other service members have reported a staggering 510 UFO encounters (including some historical incidents dating as far back as 1996).

Of the 366 recently-reported UFO encounters, about half remain unidentified. A previous assessment identified only one out of 144 UFO reports. Despite many of the mysterious objects registering on multiple sophisticated sensor systems (such as spy satellites, radar and infrared video), the majority of the 510 military UFO reports remain unidentified.

*snip*

Intriguingly, officials have high confidence that the objects observed by military aviators in recent years are not secret U.S. government aircraft or technology. At the same time, analysts have no evidence that the encounters “are indicative of a major technological advancement by a potential adversary” such as China or Russia.

2. Congress is taking UFOs extremely seriously.

3. Government officials are making eyebrow-raising statements about UFOs.

4. Scientists are interested in the UFO phenomenon (and have been for decades).

4. Scientists are interested in the UFO phenomenon (and have been for decades).

5. Public analyses corroborate eyewitness accounts of UFOs exhibiting remarkable technology.

"Now if these creatures look hideous and don't seem to have your best interests at heart - like maybe they rape your women and steal your children - you might label them "demons".

There are those who believe they are space brothers/extraterrestrials. But they are not. In other guises they are the gods and goddesses worshipped throughout India, the 'gods' that Shaman in SA, Africa, and elsewhere encounter, the frightening shapes that haunt houses, and so on.

“They are demons.”

Phew.

Nothing to worry about then.

A few gallons of holy water will suffice.

“By 1952, intelligence assessments ruled out domestic or foreign origins for UFOs, convincing several high-ranking officials that the objects were “interplanetary” craft.”

This statement ignores one other possibility, that the “aliens” are our future earthling descendants who have mastered time travel.

Think time travel is impossible but aliens in some distant constellation could easily zip around the universe? Earth is the only known place with intelligent beings. Why assume other civilizations (of which we have zero evidence) do exist and are superior to ours?

Earth is the only known place with intelligent beings.

Now that I'm older, I would take issue with the idea that human beings are intelligent. As a species, we have invented and built some interesting things and created some beautiful art and literature, but we are not at all intelligent. Quite the contrary.

Human beings are not an attractive species (myself included).

If UFOs are really extraterrestrial, we are in trouble.

Superior races on Earth have always either -

1. Enslaved
2. Eradicated

inferior races.

Why would extraterrestrials be any different?

This statement ignores one other possibility, that the “aliens” are our future earthling descendants who have mastered time travel.

It also ignores the possibility that these "aliens" are from other dimensions. They may not even be physical beings (even though they seem to be able to become "physical" in our world).

Some folks who are deep into the weeds of this subject have been saying that consciousness itself is going to be redefined as we try to understand what we are dealing with here. I don't think anyone understands what the hell that means.;-)

One of the messages abductees have gotten over the years (assuming these people are not just victims of some kind of mass hypnosis) is that these "aliens" created us. Others have concluded that these "aliens" are tricksters and liars, so their message that they are our creators may be merely a ploy to destroy our existing concept of God/religion.

I just wanted to update you on a new podcast you will probably enjoy:

https://podbay.fm/p/weaponized-with-jeremy-corbell-and-george-knapp

This particular podcast is a very detailed discussion of the famous US Navy incidents. There are lots of little details that are not in any mainstream media discussions.

The details matter—and prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that the phenomenon is real (non human intelligence) and just how weird it really is.

“consciousness itself is going to be redefined as we try to understand what we are dealing with here. I don’t think anyone understands what the hell that means”

I can help with that. This topic is discussed in depth in these podcasts:

https://podbay.fm/p/point-of-convergence

https://podbay.fm/p/liminal-phrames

Short version—the “scientific” view of consciousness is that it is a product of human brains.

Scientists talking about consciousness in the brain are like folks taking apart a radio to look for the talking voices inside—a super dumb paradigm.

OK—so what is consciousness then?

The “alien contact” phenomenon suggests that our brains are receivers (hardware) but the consciousness “software” lies elsewhere.

So where is elsewhere?

The “new way of thinking about consciousness” (one of the aliens communications) is that the “software” is an integral part of nature, the universe’s way of viewing itself.

That makes all of us and all the aliens (and whoever else shares “consciousness”) related to each other—”software” cousins of some sort.

Consciousness has its own “rules” we do not understand—the “laws” of physics do not apply—so it can appear to be “magic”.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

Thx for that link to Jeremy and George's new podcast. I will add it to my yuge list of UFO podcasts. I mostly skim them nowadays since there isn't a lot of new info right now.

Here's another new one, this time from Ryan Graves (who you will know)...Merged Podcast. Though Ryan is excellent, I recommend skimming before spending much time. I watched one of Ryan's yesterday (just to get a sense of his podcast) with a private pilot who had a sighting. Good podcast, but not worth the time spent because nothing new was introduced (just more lights in the sky above 55,000 ft as seen by a Gulfstream pilot who was flying at 50k ft. off SoCal).

What we need right now is a new bombshell!;-)

Love that analogy. Brilliant.

I will check out those podcasts.

I have been studying consciousness for a long time now and would agree with your points.

I still recommend Julian Jaynes "The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind" as a wonderful discussion on how to think about the incomprehensible nature of consciousness. We are akin to intestinal bacteria trying to understand the human in whose intestines we live.

I feel the same way, and it’s possible that they’ll make themselves known as “Extra Terrestrials” who will lie to us about God and Jesus, being part of the delusion before the Second Coming

Interesting that you mention the idea of “aliens” taking over human bodies. Whitley Strieber (who is certainly wacky at times) has mentioned that he was “told” that such was the goal of these so-called “aliens”...and that is to join our consciousness and bodies with us so they can experience physical life on this planet. For some strange reason, it requires our acquiescence.

That depends. It depends on whether or not we are being visited by someone from another dimension who is about to change all life and consciousness as we know it.

Pompeo might be like someone who is worrying about their sink full of dirty dishes when their house is on fire and about to burn down.

As I said, it depends, doesn't it?

Given that we don't know what the hell this UFO stuff really is yet, Pompeo is certainly right to focus on doing his dirty dishes until we are sure the house is on fire.

I was wondering if was too late and nobody would know what that was 😂
So more like the Tok’ra, needs a willing host? This is the book you linked? sounds wacky, but interesting. We would be walking, talking space suits.

We would be walking, talking space suits.

That's the way it sounds.

From the point of view of a Biblical narrative, it sounds a lot like demonic possession...but with less angry and effed-up demons (daemons is the better work, I think).

BTW, this entire UFO/UAP matter aligns perfectly with the Biblical narrative.
