Can't speak to the actual quality of life / standard of living in most of these states (though I am aware of the anecdotal evidence / stereotypes concerning certain states - yeah, I'm looking at you, NJ!), but a casual reading of the criteria they have listed leads me to believe that, by and large, these rankings should be INVERTED!

BOGUS is, indeed, the best word to describe this list!
