The decline before the vax when the population was getting well... and a case fatality for children @ 0.001% and 0.02% for young adults who were obviously well before and during, but unfortunately the vax made it worse for the young

One factor could be that 300 million Americans did not get the jab.

The 300 mil number is vastly inflated.

This is just one reason and there are many more.
