It is processed sugar and fat in everything.
Especially SUGAR. CARBS are bad in large quantities.

The food pyramid is all Carbohydrates.

bread
pasta
cereals
sugar
alcoholic drinks
sodas
cookies
cakes
ice cream
candy
energy drinks
granola bars
most protein bars

All of the above contain processed sugar

If you read the ingredient list on most of the items you listed, you won’t be able to pronounce most of them, let alone know what they are.

I try to get local beef and chicken processed as little as possible. Can’t avoid it all, but I try. I’m trying to avoid food out of boxes as they possess a lot of junk that “ain’t natural.”

I have my own ducks to provide eggs and I grow some veggies and fruits. I do what I can.

What you post is true and is possibly a bigger fraud than the Covid clotshots and re-definition of the term “vaccine”.
Honestly, obesity, diabetes, hyperinsulinemia and a variety of illnesses have been inflicted on the citizens of the USA by the government.
Was there a conspiracy to kill us by making us think processed food was safe? Who knows? But the lesson is clear that the Federal Government is not capable of acting in the best interests of the citizens.
