It is processed sugar and fat in everything.
Especially SUGAR. CARBS are bad in large quantities.
The food pyramid is all Carbohydrates.

If you read the ingredient list on most of the items you listed, you won’t be able to pronounce most of them, let alone know what they are.
I try to get local beef and chicken processed as little as possible. Can’t avoid it all, but I try. I’m trying to avoid food out of boxes as they possess a lot of junk that “ain’t natural.”
I have my own ducks to provide eggs and I grow some veggies and fruits. I do what I can.
