What is wrong with these modern cops?

Militarized: law enforcement via intimidation is the strategy developed to make up for too few cops who know nothing about the area and people they only patrol in cars. Plus the usual unaccountability.

True that. And it’s made worse by many cops saying, “You are required to ID.” when there is no obligation to do so. The cop is lying. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has ruled that it’s okay for cops to lie to you.

So maybe the cop’s lie will get him that ID. Okay. But the lie will also push the police and the citizenry even further apart.

I have been bringing this up for years and the answer is simple. We used to have "Peace Officers" now we have "Law Enforcement Officers" like the Germans did, they were called The Stazi and the Gestapo, and their only duty is to follow the commands given by the politburo.

Seriously cops having to make a fast food place do a correct order. My God they might as well camp out at all the fast food places if this is the standard.

I want to see the entire video from the officers bodycams beginning to end before rendering judgement. The media and cop haters love to take a snippet of a video and run with it to demonize police.
