Yes, Rome says he’s 110% catholic by the same authority of the Roman catechism that makes anyone else roman catholic to include you! Considering he was selected by the Roman Holy Spirit and the college of cardinals and is still in charge, your leadership must approve of his remarks and leadership or else they would remove him.
