Federal officeholders, i.e., senators and representatives, cannot be recalled.

At some point, whether they can be recalled or not, doesn’t matter. Just the fact that a petition is floating around, folks are signing it and the gist of the petition is for her to RESIGN. That’s all.

Pass a petition asking for her resignation because: she’s attending the WEF, she’s palling around with those that want to destroy the US, she’s palling around with Schwab and she’s clearly not representing the AMERICAN people

noiseman but summed it up: If “those are the people that she represents” then she’s not an American congressional representative, should lose her own citizenship, and should be deported to the third world hellhole of her choice to “represent her people.”

In the Menendez case in New Jersey in 2013, the New Jersey Supreme Court forbade the gathering of petitions for Menendez' recall, stating that it was illegal to gather petitions for an unconstitutional action. The US Supreme Court did not grant cert for an appeal.
