Of course he’s not a Catholic. He’s the leader of the Conciliar Church headquartered at the Vatican. That’s the church founded by the heretics who attended the Satan Council (Vatican, 1962-1965). The Catholic Church, founded by Jesus Christ, is now a remnant represented around the world by various Tridentine Latin Mass communities.
