Ayup, the old M60A3 was a killer in its day. The TTS fire control system at the time was in fact better than the M1 tanks of that era.
A lot simpler to operate and maintain (and a lot easier to clean out due to the belly hatch).
Sometimes though all of the high-tech best equipment in the world is no match for quick decision making and a set of brass huevos.
