This victim has two people to blame: the perpetrator and those in Philadelphia City Hall who've violate the rights of those who defend themselves and others.

The victim could have carried and used a handgun like Bernard Goetz did in New York City.

Bernie Goetz was sent to prison for one count of carrying an unlicensed firearm, a disgusting perversion of the law and a violation of his inalienable right to keep and bear arms. Also, he would never have been sent to prison if he was a woman.

Chivalry is dead; Feminism killed it. Women need to vote, enlist in the military, and arm up accordingly.
