Chill. Considering I have hyperparathyroidism and osteoporosis. vitamin D is a a big part of treatment for both. So, I’ve had a bit of experience dealing with vitamin D via seeing endocrinologists regularly.
I still believe everyone should know their D level. Chill yourself.
