Well, if they pass it into law, and the goobernador signs it, it’ll be *legal*.
But NO WAY can it ever be *constitutional*.
I still can’t see how it is legal to raid that amount from the taxpayers. It is not a ‘tax’ where it’ll be incremental and withheld (unless I’m not understanding how it will work). And the money will probably be taken from Federal funds which is taken from all of us.
