I am surprised the Chargers HC has not been fired yet.
The Chargers have been cursed with cheap ownership for as long as I've been alive. First Gene Klein, now the Spanos family. If they fire Brandon Staley (and he deserves to be fired), they'll have to continue paying off his contract and also pay for a new head coach. So Staley has some job security.

They are good for about 2 quarters for me. Last night, one of their guests was Deion Sanders, and I actually enjoyed his commentary more than the Mannings. And truthfully, I’m getting a little tired of seeing all the Mannings in so many commercials. It’s overkill to me. We switched it up for a little bit last night and watched them for a bit then switched back to the other broadcast.

Gamblers are involved in NFL. NFL is influencing the Referees (indirectly). You favor large market teams and superstars over small market and lesser known players. And because of this (and other things), the NFL is a Fake Sport that deserves no more time and attention than Fake News.

I saw that too - I mean if the fumble never happened, then the penalty incurred during the fumble recovery didn’t happen either. Simple cause and effect - no cause, no effect.

(Who knew that in 2022 "1984", "Enemy of the State", and "Person of Interest" would be non-fiction?)

When he complained to the ref he said something that ticked the ref off.
I thought he got the penalty for taking his helmet off and slamming it on the ground.
He got a penalty because as he’s walking off the ref chased him and down and antagonized him til he said something back, got flagged for that - then threw his helmet. At least, in the video I watched.

More people care about the Mets than care about you.
