If you do not have the training to use the tanks they are targets. Do the tanks come with gunnery trainers, Spare parts, Mechanics?

I expect they do come with training, spares and mechanics. And ammo. Ukrainians have been training in the UK and Poland, some of them probably on these tanks, for many months now. And I doubt they sent newbie crews to train on Leopards and Chieftains.
