I expect they do come with training, spares and mechanics. And ammo. Ukrainians have been training in the UK and Poland, some of them probably on these tanks, for many months now. And I doubt they sent newbie crews to train on Leopards and Chieftains.

Update on Ukraine | What Tanks does Ukraine get from UK

Apart from the 14 Challenger 2 tanks and 30 AS90 self-propelled howitzers, the UK also announced today that they are sending:

- More than 100 armored vehicles, including the "Bulldog" APC

- Dozens of drones

- 100.000 artillery shells

- 100 "advanced missiles"
