There was a blatant pass interference in the end zone that was not called. Later Josh Allen threw a pass completion downfield when he was a full yard over the line of scrimmage. No call. The fix was in for the Bills to win that game.

The rule has been amended and clarified so that if ANY PART of the QB is behind the line, it’s a LEGAL forward pass.
Personally, I think that’s ridiculous - just as when the ball breaks the plane at the goal line, it’s a TD - end of play. Now they wrestle with it to knock it loose, etc.
