Keep this point in mind, that few are mentioning:
- Biden can’t be indicted or prosecuted while President, only impeached
Therefore, this is very possibly only about optics. Attempting to give the impression Biden is under some legal heat, when he’s really not under much at all, being President. In the case of Biden, all the special counsel can do is release a report.
But to make it seem fair, with regard to the special counsel investigating Trump. Who isn’t President anymore, and can be indicted.
If the Republicans then move to impeach Biden over the documents, they will look like hypocrites for supporting Trump
True, very true.
But, if Biden resigns “for the good of the country” over Biden’s documents, then the powers-that-be have created pressure for either Trump to also quit (not run) and also a “reason” to continue to prosecute him. “Well our guy had the courage to admit it and resign!”
But you see, we STILL have not been told (or have any confirmed identification of what “documents” Trump has been accused of taking!
If this was Trump, during Pelosi’s reign of terror, they would ALREADY HAVE ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT for this
