Shoulders covered sounds pretty Muslim to me from my travels. I would vote against it, especially since I live in Las Vegas and have sleeves or shoulders covered only in winter. It’s pathetic what people think passes as “professional.”
Yeah ... the wimmins should all wear string bikinis, and the menfolk should wear banana-hammocks.
