I have type 2 diabetes, I control my blood sugar levels with a low-carb diet, and very effectively. I have thought of taking ozempic so I could eat those carbs again, like potatoes, rice, and bread, but I guess now I am SOL.

Don’t people with Diabetes 2 eventually have to take insulin? esp if they don’t abide by diet and exercise.
You don’t want SLOW DIGESTION, the bowel shuts down. I have Gastroparesis which is slow digestion, it’s painful, and you are stuck on carbs, as you don’t digest fiber stuff like salads, skins, seeds, and nuts.
