So far, I don’t believe any windmills have actually been installed. They are using low frequency sound and possibly explosives to do seismographic evaluation of the ocean floor in order to plan siting of the windmills.

Tell the whales to change the channel on their radar/sonar devices. It should be a simple reset.

Finally, to test all of the whale reaction theories, put Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar in the same waters and see if it affects them. I would add Stacey Abrams, but the displacement might affect tides in other parts of the ocean.

Flying whales
Like the Sharknado movies. They were about a "perfect strom" of killer tornadoes wreaking havoc, combined with a sudden increase in the ocean's shark population triggered by, what else, man made climate change. Those flicks were so poorly written and the premise so idiotic it was seen more of as a satire, the type of flicks you'd see on MST3K :)
