I lived in Savannah 20 years ago when it was UGA 6 or 7 (I think), owned by Sonny Seiler, a prominent lawyer and UGA grad. His firm offices were near a park in downtown Savannah and you would often see him (or someone from the firm) walking the dog. I think they (Sonny and UGA [n]) made a cameo in the film
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, walking the dog in that location.
Let me just say that that is the luckiest dog in the universe and is exceptionally well cared for. PETA picked the absolute wrong example.

it was Keven Spacy walking UGA in the movie ... John Cusack, the hot shot reporter from NYC, didn’t believe Spacey when Spacey told him that the dog he was walking was the most famous dog in all of Georgia ...
