Warm weather has blessed Europe this Winter.
It has also kept the Ukrainian countryside too muddy for major Winter offenses.

The nat gas in storage is for all uses.
In an emergency, EU could prioritize nat gas for residential users, but that doesn’t appear necessary this winter.
